There was a surprise result in Seaford where twelfth rankedFalcons (7-8) won against higher ranked Blues (8-7) 113-101 on Saturday. Waverley F. dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Blues 's 42. Waverley F. forced 20 Frankston B. turnovers. The best for the losing side was guard Michael Harris (193-1999) with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists and New Zealand forward Taane Samuel (200-1999) scored 22 points and 7 rebounds. Four Waverley F. and five Frankston B. players scored in double figures. Despite that victory Waverley F. went down to thirteenth position due to points difference, which they share with Ringwood. Loser Blues dropped to the seventh place with seven games lost. They share the position with Kilsyth C..
