Everything went according to plan in Seaford where seventh rankedFrankston Blues (9-6) outleveled 9th ranked Hawks (7-8) 106-80 on Sunday. Frankston B. looked well-organized offensively handing out 34 assists comparing to just 21 passes made by Ringwood 's players. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international power forward Lauren Scherf (196-1996) who helped to win the game recording a triple-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds and 13 assists and Spanish guard Marta Hermida (180-1997, college: Boise St.) who added 26 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Sarah Elsworthy (171-1998) with 15 points and 7 assists and Nyaduoth Lok scored 16 points. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Hawks' coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Frankston Blues have a solid three-game winning streak. Frankston B. maintains seventh position with 9-6 record. Ringwood lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth place with eight games lost.
