There was a change at the NBL One leadership position after last games. The most important game of round 14 was a defeat of league's leaderFalcons (13-3). They were crushed by first ranked Manly Warringah Sea Eagles (14-2) 95-72 on Saturday night. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Manly Warr. SE looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. American guard Taylor Wurtz (183-1990, college: Wisconsin) scored 33 points (!!!) and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Kimberley Dickinson (182-1998) chipped in 20 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Manly Warringah Sea Eagles' coach felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American guard Nicole Munger (180-1997, college: Michigan) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 15 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 steals and forward Megan Jefferson (190, college: Hawaii) scored 18 points. Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have an impressive 12-game winning streak. Manly Warr. SE maintains first position with 14-2 record, which they share with Keilor T. Newcastle F. at the other side dropped to the second place with three games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Sturt S..
