Not a big story in a game when 14th rankedBraves (8-13) were outscored by ninth ranked Ringwood Hawks (11-10) in Heathmont 113-69 on Sunday. Ringwood outrebounded Bendigo 49-17 including a 18-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. Ringwood looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was an exceptional evening for the former international guard Angus Glover (192-1998) who led the winners and scored 26 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international guard Tanner Krebs (198-1996, college: SMC) accounted for 17 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. Lual Diing (205-1998) came up with 17 points and 5 rebounds and American forward Isaac Murphy (190-2002, college: UW-Fox Valley) added 19 points respectively for Bendigo in the defeat. Five Ringwood and four Bendigo players scored in double figures. Despite that victory Ringwood went down to tenth position due to points difference. Bendigo lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth place with 13 games lost.
