Everything went according to plan in Cheltenham where second rankedThunder (16-3) won against 11th ranked Sabres (10-10) 89-80 on Tuesday. Keilor T. looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a great evening for New Zealand forward Penina Davidson (190-1995, college: California) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. American swingman Jasmine Dickey (175-2000, college: Delaware, agency: LBM Management) helped adding 20 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was naturalized Turkish guard Funda Nakkasoglu (173-1995, college: Florida) with 26 points and 5 assists and forward Lucy Cochrane (198-2000, college: Portland) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The victory was the ninth consecutive win for Thunder . Despite that victory Keilor T. went down to third position due to points difference. Loser Sabres dropped to the tenth place with ten games lost.
