There was a minor upset in Morley where 9th rankedEagles (7-11) were crushed by eleventh ranked Lightning (7-12) 108-80 on Friday. Lakeside L. had a 37-24 advantage in offensive rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Lakeside L. maintains eleventh position with 7-12 record, which they share with Hills H. East Perth E. lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with 11 games lost. They share the position with Perry Lakes H. and Maitland.
