There was an upset in Condell Park where much higher rankedCanberra B. (14-5) was defeated by eighth ranked Bruins (10-8) 104-89 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international Jaylin Galloway (198-2002) who helped to win the game recording 28 points and 6 rebounds and the former international point guard Jason Cadee (186-1991) who added 22 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. Bruins' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side forward William Mayfield (-2000) responded with 25 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and Edward Bigg-Wither produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Bruins have a solid four-game winning streak. Bankstown B. moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Norths B. and Manly Warr. Loser Canberra B. keeps the second position with five games lost. They share it with Willetton T. and Illawarra H. 2.
