No shocking result in a game when first rankedCapitals (8-5) beat 10th ranked Thunder (5-8) in Brisbane 109-100 on Friday. Brisbane C. looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. The former international swingman Samuel McDaniel (198-1995, college: ULM) nailed 35 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side and naturalized Nigerian guard Uche Dibiamaka (193-1999, college: St.Edward's) accounted for 23 points and 5 assists. Four Capitals players scored in double figures. Forward Callum Dalton (206-2000) came up with 30 points and 5 rebounds (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field) and the former international guard Matthew Kenyon (196-1998) added 14 points, 7 rebounds and 13 assists respectively for Logan T. in the defeat. Despite that victory Brisbane C. went down to second position due to points difference, which they share with Mackay. Logan T. lost fourth consecutive game.
