There was a minor upset whenLady Bandits lost to Bruins in Albury 60-74 on Saturday. Bankstown B. made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Albury turnovers. American guard Davida Dale (180-1997, college: URI) notched a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) to lead the effort and Kiahna Davis-White supported her with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Five Bruins players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 30 points and 16 rebounds by American forward Unique Thompson (190-1999, college: Auburn) did not help to save the game for Albury . Emily Lyttle added 22 points and 11 rebounds for the hosts. Lady Bandits' coach rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
