Diamond VE looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was a great evening for the former international guard Abbey Ellis (168-2001, college: Purdue) who led her team to a victory scoring 26 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. The former international swingman Alexandra Sharp (185-1997, college: Wake Forest) helped adding 13 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. Five Diamond Valley Eagles players scored in double figures. At the losing side American forward Kylee Blacksten (190-2002, college: WVU) responded with 18 points and 8 rebounds and the former international guard Rachel Antoniadou (175-1996, college: FSU) scored 20 points and 6 assists. Spectres' coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Diamond VE moved-up to second place, which they share with Eltham W. Nunawading S. lost their fifth game in a row. They dropped to the twelfth position with five games lost.
