There was a minor upset in Marden where 5th rankedNorwood Flames (3-6) were edged by seventh ranked Central District Lions (3-6) 88-87 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Bahamas forward Jaden Seymour (203-2002, college: ETSU, agency: One Motive Sports) who helped to win the game recording 22 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Deng Manyang (201-2007) who added 22 points and 8 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) during the contest. American guard Thomas Kurowski (193, college: Chicago Univ.) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals and New Zealand guard Campbell Scott (187-2004) scored 12 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Norwood F. players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. C.District L. moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Norwood F. . Norwood F. lost fourth consecutive game.
