There was a small surprise in Melbourne where ninth rankedThunder (6-4) smashed 6th ranked Chargers (5-4) 107-83 on Sunday. Keilor T. dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Chargers 's 44. Keilor T. looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Tana Kopa (198-2002, college: Canisius) who helped to win the game recording 29 points and 5 assists and guard Daniel Foster (198-2001, college: Nevada) who added 17 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists during the contest. Five Thunder players scored in double figures. Thunder's coach felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Jacob Richards (200-2001) responded with 25 points and guard Luke Rosendale (194-2001) scored 19 points. Keilor T. moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Frankston B. Loser Chargers keeps the sixth position with four games lost. They share it with Sydney C. and Dandenong R..
