Regular Season Round 11: Mt.Gambier - Ringwood H. 95-97

Date: May 29, 2026
The game between closely ranked teams ended with fourteenth ranked Ringwood Hawks' (6-7) road victory over 15th ranked Pioneers (5-9) 97-95 on Friday. Ringwood made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. Strangely Mt.Gambier outrebounded Ringwood 41-26 including a 32-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for naturalized Nigerian guard Uche Dibiamaka (193-1999, college: St.Edward's, agency: Helping Ballers) who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points and 4 assists. American forward Chris Brandon (203, college: NKU, agency: Elevate Sports Alliance) helped adding 19 points and 5 rebounds. Brandon is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American power forward Lucas Gordon (206-2004, college: Redlands, agency: 0z Sports Agency) responded with 17 points, 22 rebounds and 5 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) and the other American import guard Collin Moore (193-2001, college: GCU) scored 18 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Five Ringwood and four Mt.Gambier players scored in double figures. Ringwood moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Sydney C. and Bendigo. Mt.Gambier lost their third game in a row. They keep the fifteenth position with nine games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
