King Szczecin (OBL) strengthened their roster with addition of 30-year old American 208cm center Marcus Lee (college: California). He started the season at Melbourne United in Australian NBL league. In 34 games he recorded 6.9ppg, 5.8rpg and 1.6bpg. He helped them to make it to the Australian NBL final after they ended regular season as second best team. The last season season he played at another Australian team JackJumpers (also in NBL).
Lee is a very experienced player. Thanks to Lee's pro career he managed to play on four different continents (Europe, Latin America, Australia and of course North America) in seven different countries. He has played previously professionally in Italy (Reggio Emilia and Cremona), Puerto Rico (Leones), Spain (BAXI Manresa), Turkey (Yalovaspor), NBA G League (Sioux Falls Skyforce) and The Basketball Tournament (Bluegrass Boys).
Lee graduated from University of California in 2018 and it is his seventh season in pro basketball. He played also for University of Kentucky for 3 years.
