Stephen Coffey had a very impressive game in the last round for RMIT University, receiving a Hoops Agents Big V Player of the Week award for round 10.
The player got a double-double of 29 points and 11 assists, while his team crushed Camberwell (6-5) with 16-point margin 91-75. Thanks to this victory Redbacks moved-up to the 7th position in Australian Big V. RMIT is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 6-5 record. In the team's last game Coffey had a remarkable 75.0% from 2-point range and got five three-pointers out of 11 attempts. He just recently signed at Redbacks, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Stephen Coffey has solid league stats. He is league's best passer with 10.8apg. Coffey is in league's top in and averages impressive 2.5spg.

The second best player in last round's games was American Lanyc Shuler (185-G, agency: Dominion Sports Group) of Warrandyte Venom. Shuler had a very good evening with 33 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Of course he led Venom to another comfortable win 106-92 over slightly higher-ranked RMIT (#7, 6-5) being unquestionably team leader. Warrandyte's 8th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 6-6 record is not bad and everything may still change. Shuler is one of the most experienced players at Warrandyte and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 28.9ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 5.2rpg and 6.5apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was another RMIT's star - center Zachary Coleman-Bock (201-C-1997). Coleman-Bock scored 21 points and grabbed 13 rebounds (!!!). He was another key player of RMIT University, helping his team with a 91-75 easy win against Camberwell (6-5). Redbacks needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 6 victories and 5 lost games. Coleman-Bock has a very solid season. In 11 games in Australia he scored 15.4ppg. He also has 6.7rpg, 1.4bpg and a FGP of 62.5%.
