It was a great evening for American point guard Anthony Williams (178-1995, college: Clark Atlanta) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 8 rebounds and 11 assists. It was an exceptional evening for Canadian guard Joshua Yorke-Frazer (183-1995, college: Seneca) who led the winners and scored 27 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals. Byron Gladden accounted for 29 points and 11 rebounds. American forward Ryan Batte (198-1999, college: Thomas More) came up with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 15 rebounds for Shepparton in the defeat. Gators' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Gators will play next round against Pakenham trying to get back on the winning streak. Jets will try to continue on its current victory against McKinnon at home.

Blackburn managed to outperform Bellarine in a home game 83-75. Winless Camberwell recorded a loss to Pakenham on the road 79-76. Keysborough was defeated by Melbourne Uni on its own court 81-89. Pakenham smashed Blackburn in a road game 104-71.
