The round was exceptionally exciting as seven games ended with a tiny margin. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The game had a very big importance for third-ranked Rollers as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Rollers defeated one of their biggest challengers Force in Gold Coast 98-88. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Gold Coast R. looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Jensen Bradtke (208, college: Montana) who scored 27 points and 9 rebounds (perfect from downtown making all five shots). New Zealand swingman Reuben Te Rangi (198-1994) chipped in 23 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Rollers' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was center Ngor Nai (208-2000, college: Baton Rouge) who recorded a double-double by scoring 27 points and 11 rebounds. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with 4 other teams. Ipswich F. at the other side still closes the standings with one game lost. They share the position with 4 other teams. Ipswich F. will play next round against strong SC Phoenix trying to get back on the winning streak. Gold Coast R. will try to continue on its current victory against ninth ranked Cairns M. at home.
Undefeated Thunder (1-1) recorded its first loss in Loganholme. Hosts were edged by third ranked Spartans (1-1) 110-109. It was a good game for point guard Tamuri Wigness (184-2002) who saved his team from a defeat with 34 points (!!!) and 4 assists. Kyle Adnam contributed with 36 points (!!!) for the winners. Guard Zac Triplett (196-2001, college: Portland) replied with 25 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for Logan T.Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Despite that victory Spartans went down to sixth position due to points difference, which they share with Logan T. SD Spartans' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Brisbane Brisbane C..
A very close game took place in Bendigo between Braves and Chargers. Seventh ranked Braves (5-3) got a very close home victory over 4th ranked Chargers (5-4). Braves managed to escape with a 1-point win 102-101 on Sunday evening. Justin Johnson scored 27 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the charge for the winners. The best for the losing side was Jacob Richards with a double-double by scoring 29 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists. Braves have a solid three-game winning streak. Bendigo moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Mt.Gambier. Hobart C. lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with four games lost. Bendigo will meet at home Ringwood (#12) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Hobart C. will play against Nunawading S. (#14) and hope to secure a win.

Penrith lost to Sydney C. in Alexandria 64-75. BA CoE managed to outperform HKBA Spiders at home 79-76. Winless Brisbane C. lost to undefeated Northside W. on the opponent's court 64-83. Winless SW Metro P. was defeated by Logan T. in a home game 77-90. Winless Rockhampton lost to undefeated Mackay on the road 79-99. SC Phoenix won against SD Spartans on its own court 95-80. Joondalup W. managed to outperform Lakeside L. in a home game 97-90. Kalamunda ES was rolled over Geraldton B. on the road 111-82. Perth R. was defeated by Cockburn on its own court 87-90. Mandurah lost to undefeated Warwick S. in Perth 87-104. Lakeside L. won against SW Slammers at home 103-91. Rockingham F. managed to outperform Goldfields G. on the opponent's court 110-106.
