Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most shocking disappointment of round 22 was a home defeat of 7th ranked Gulls (4-7) by eighth ranked Magic (5-6) who outscored them by 30 points 104-74 in the game for the seventh place. Magic moved-up to seventh place in League. Gulls at the other side dropped to the eighth position with seven games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
Important game to mention about took place in Joondalup. Sixth ranked Tigers (11-5) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging 8th ranked Wanneroo (8-10) 74-73 on Saturday evening. Guard Damien Scott (192-92) notched 26 points to lead the effort and Connor Mincherton supported him with 21 points and 4 assists. Tigers' coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even 27 points and 8 rebounds by guard Lochlan Cummings (189-95, college: HIU) did not help to save the game for Wanneroo. Tigers moved-up to fifth place in League. Wanneroo at the other side keeps the eighth position with ten games lost. Tigers will play against Senators (#7) in Perth in the next round. Wanneroo will play on the road against Slammers in Bunbury and hopes to get back on the winning track.
The game between Top Four teams took place in Tullamarine. Third ranked host Hume City Broncos (8-4) smashed their biggest opponent Devils (8-5) 107-66. It was a key game for the second position in League. Joel Rimes fired 21 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Hume City Broncos' coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Brandon Watkins produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds for lost side. Hume City Broncos moved-up to second place in League. Geelong S. beat Bendigo B. on its own court 90-80. Ballarat M. lost to Bendigo B. in a road game 71-84. Waverley F. managed to outperform Ringwood H. at home 89-82. Geelong S. recorded a loss to Nunawading S. on the opponent's court 85-83. Sandringham S. was defeated by Frankston B. in a home game 73-91. Rockingham F. beat East Perth E. on the road 77-66. Lakeside L. lost to Mandurah M. on its own court 78-94. Warwick S. outscored Geraldton B. in Perth 90-62. Goldfields G. managed to beat SW Slammers at home 82-73. Lakeside L. defeated Cockburn C. on the opponent's court 73-69. Perry Lakes H. smashed East Perth E. in a home game 92-70. Perth R. won against Eastern Suns on the road 113-101. Perth R. managed to outperform Eastern Suns on its own court 100-89.
