The round was exceptionally exciting as four games ended with a tiny margin. The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with derby games, favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Thunder as it allowed them to take a leadership position in League. Thunder defeated 9th ranked Vikings in Melbourne 70-55. American forward Charleston Long (198, college: USC Upstate) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds. Mitchell Lukey contributed with 15 points and 7 assists for the winners. Guard Bul Niop (196, college: Dyersburg St.) answered with 14 points for Vikings. Vikings' coach rotated eleven players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Vikings at the other side keep the ninth place with six games lost. Vikings will play next round against Cavaliers trying to get back on the winning streak. Thunder will try to continue on its current victory against seventh ranked Gulls. It will be extra interesting game as Gulls is their local rival from Melbourne.
Leading Jets (6-3) recorded its third loss in Sunbury. Hosts were rolled over by fourth ranked Cougars (6-2) 105-75. It was a great evening for Jordan Geer who led his team to a victory with a triple-double by scoring 25 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists. Nicholas Laycock helped adding 28 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. American forward Trevon Clayton (198, college: FPU) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Cougars moved-up to third place in League. Jets at the other side dropped to the fourth position with three games lost. Cougars will play against Hume City Broncos (#5) in Tullamarine in the next round. Jets will play on the road against Magic in Hawthorn and hope to get back on the winning track.
An interesting game was also tough home defeat of 7th ranked Bankstown Bruins in a game in Condell Park versus Sutherland Sharks (#8) 77-68. It was an exceptional evening for Lochlan Hutchison who led the winners and scored 22 points and 9 rebounds. Jack Lopez came up with 28 points and 8 rebounds for Bankstown Bruins in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Sutherland Sharks (4-3) moved-up to sixth place in League. Loser Bankstown Bruins dropped to the ninth position with four games lost. Sutherland Sharks will meet at home Mustangs (#8) in the next round. Bankstown Bruins will play against Mustangs in Maitland and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
A very interesting game took place in Gold Coast. It ended with only one-point defeat on the road of bottom-ranked Ipswich Force (0-1) to leader Rollers (1-0) 74-73 on Sunday evening. It was a key game for the second position in League. The best player for the winners was Levi Frankland who scored 18 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Rollers left bottom position moving up to second place in League. Ipswich Force at the other side still closes the standings with one game lost. Rollers will have a break next round. Ipswich Force will play on the road against Thunder (#3) in Loganholme and hopes to get finally their first victory.
Very important is a road loss of third ranked Waverley Falcons (4-2) against seventeenth ranked Bandits (1-5) on Saturday night. Visiting Waverley Falcons were defeated by Bandits in Albury 94-82. Mitchell Dance orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 10 rebounds. Waverley Falcons' coach let to play eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Bandits left bottom position moving up to fifteenth place in League. Loser Waverley Falcons dropped to the seventh position with two games lost. Bandits will face league's second-placed Frankston Blues in Seaford in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.

Mackay M. won against Cairns M. on the road 77-75. Logan T. managed to outperform RedCity R. on its own court 107-89. SD Spartans managed to beat SW Metro P. in Brisbane 92-86. Hobart C. defeated Diamond V.E. at home 107-97. Melbourne T. was smashed by Geelong S. on the opponent's court 90-66. NW Tasmania destroyed Diamond V.E. in a home game 100-78. Eltham W. unfortunately lost to Bendigo B. on the road 78-92. Dandenong R. recorded a loss to Frankston B. on its own court 96-104. Nunawading S. was defeated by Kilsyth C. in a road game 72-61. Ringwood H. beat Ballarat M. at home 87-85. Knox R. was destroyed by Mt Gambier on the opponent's court 118-93. Eltham W. managed to outperform Sandringham S. in a home game 105-91. Dandenong R. managed to beat Melbourne T. on the road 93-85. Frankston B. crushed Bendigo B. on its own court 111-82. East Perth E. was beaten by Perth R. in Northbridge 79-65. Winless SW Slammers was destroyed by Lakeside L. in North Lake 52-121. Winless Eastern Suns were outscored by Cockburn C. at home 94-115. Goldfields G. recorded a loss to Cockburn C. on the opponent's court 88-74. Winless Eastern Suns was crushed by Willetton T. in a home game 77-103. Winless Hornsby S. were beaten by Manly Warr. on the road 82-73. BA CoE destroyed Penrith P. on its own court 123-49. Maitland M. outscored Illawarra H. 2 in a road game 93-61. Newcastle H. was rolled over Cent.Coast C. at home 59-78. Inner WB crushed Sydney C. on the opponent's court 92-66. Hills H. was beaten by Norths Bears in a home game 78-89. The most impressive performance of 11th round was 17 points, 9 rebounds and 10 assists by Lucas Barker of Frankston B..

No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Cavaliers (4-5) crushed 10th ranked Steelers (1-7) in Western Port 101-82 on Saturday. Cavaliers looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Naturalized British swingman Matthew Donlan (200-93, college: YSU) orchestrated the victory by scoring 26 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Keith Robinson contributed with 17 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Five Cavaliers players scored in double figures. Naturalized British guard Daryl Corletto (193-81) answered with 22 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists and center Matthew Turner (210-87) added 19 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Steelers. Steelers' coach let to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Cavaliers maintains sixth place in League with 4-5 record. Loser Steelers keep the tenth position with seven games lost. Cavaliers will face Vikings (#9) in Melbourne in the next round. Steelers will play at home against the league's second-placed Devils and hope to win that game.

Center Nathan Frost (203, college: Central CC) answered with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists and American Corey Standerfer (201-88, college: York, NE) added 21 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Gulls. Devils moved-up to second place in League. Loser Gulls keep the seventh position with five games lost. Devils will face Steelers (#10) in Western Port in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
