All the finest ballers of the island were included in the roster like Yutaka Gibbons, Javis Pedro, Sunshine Soalablai and the guamese/palauan guard Mike Williams, who will bring his outside skills to the team.

The best team in the regular season, the Ngermid Rivals, were unable to claim the 2007 NBL trophy. They were defeated by the #3 seeded Peched in the final game 83-73. The Peched won their quarterfinal game 91-84 against Surangel and their semifinal contest 73-66 over the Ikelauans who have defeated the #2 seeded Breakers in the previous round.

In the Division II, the #15 Mason's Hardware caused a major upset as they defeated the #2 Jaguars in the first round. The team also won over Peches, Mesekiu and the Bullets in the division final to take an unexpected title.
