We bring you last week's top performances from New Zealanders who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level. This week's number one is an international power forward Jillian Harmon (185-87, agency: LBM Management). She could not help Ragusa in their last game. Despite Harmon's very good performance the league leader Ragusa was edged 75-72 at home by the lower-ranked (#3) Venezia.

USA won back-to-back gold medals after dominating France (18-4) in the final. It's the third time that USA have won a Youth Olympic Games medal after Nanjing 2014's gold and Singapore 2010's bronze. NIA COFFEY American Nia Coffey (185-F-95, agency: LBM Management) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's leader Adelaide and that's her to receive a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 1. The 23-year old forward had a double-double of 19 points and fifteen rebounds, while her team beat Perth (#6, 0-1), the league's bottom-ranked team 78-66. It allowed Adelaide to consolidate first place in the Australian WNBL. But it's just the very beginning of the season...
